Okanagan Septic Co. ("we", "us") operates this website to connect homeowners in the Central Okanagan with local septic contractors. We are a marketing and lead-generation service — we do not perform contracting work ourselves.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, community, and the project details you submit through our forms — or give us by phone, text, or email.
Why we collect it
To arrange the service you asked about. That includes sharing your contact details and project information with a local contractor who can do the work.
Who we share it with
The contractor assigned to your request. We do not sell your personal information to anyone else. We may also share it if required by law.
Contacting you (CASL consent)
By submitting a form on this site, you agree that we (and the contractor we connect you with) may contact you about your request by phone call, text message, or email. You can withdraw consent at any time:
- Texts: reply STOP to opt out immediately.
- Anything else: contact us at (250) 999-3413 or info@okanagansepticco.ca and we'll remove you.
We never send marketing messages to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information (secure hosting, limited access, encrypted connections). No method is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and meet legal requirements, then it's deleted or anonymized.
